TACS follows the below work methodology to fulfil our client’s requirements:
White Collar Recruitment Process:Kick-off meeting with client
Sign up the recruitment contract/ agreement
Get the job requirement
Place job ads on job portals, social and print media (as required)
Screen and shortlist potential candidates’ CVs
Submit shortlisted CVs with application form to the HR Team
Upon confirmation line-up candidate’s personal interview
Collect the offer letter and get it sign from the candidates and arrange necessary documentation.
Complete the joining formalities and tracking the candidate’s performance till their Guarantee period.
Blue Collar Recruitment Process (For Overseas recruitment):Kick-off meeting with Client
Site inspection or visit and existing staff interaction
Document collection i.e. Trade license copy, quota verification and Demand Letter etc.
Attestation – wherever demand attestation required i.e. Chamber & Embassy attestation etc.
Conduct and arrange personal interviews local or overseas (as required)
Submitting the required documents to client office
Collecting MOL Contract and Visa and process it accordingly
Deployment of manpower within shortest time possible
Keep checking and following for deployed candidates’ performance and behavior time to time
Based on the usual practice and market trend TACS provides most of the Blue-Collar manpower free of cost to the client (for overseas recruitment only), with the understanding that the candidates for these positions are paying the consultancy fees to the hiring Agency. In the exceptional cases client may restrict payment collection from the candidate and agrees to pay the same on mutual agreement.
For the White Collar or Executive Staff recruitment client will pay the agreed consultancy fees as agreed in the signed recruitment agreement.
TACS is always committed to source the best talent for their clients, we assure best performance guaranteed for our candidates and if in case client is not satisfied with the candidates or their performance then he may terminate the candidate for any of below reasons to avail the guarantee:
Non-performance or misbehavior under the disciplinary rule (considering issuing warning before termination)
Stealing, Unethical Social Activity, any act which is not considered a normal practice under the country’s law
Disqualification in physical fitness or any major health issue
Non-stamping of employment visa after joining the company, due to any immigration rules as per country’s law (for overseas recruitment)
Non-Performance on Job or low productivity
If our candidate gets rejected due to any of the above reasons up to 90 days; from the date of joining, then TACS will arrange their candidate’s repatriation (if overseas candidate) and provide the suitable replacement candidate without any further charges (as if applicable).
Any rejection from the sponsor or their clients due to any criteria which was not mentioned (in written) before joining
Any termination of the candidate due to redundancy, project loss or any other financial issue in the company
Candidate if he resigns from his job due to non-payment of salary and benefits (as agreed) or to assign any other job than the contracted agreement
In the above cases TACS will not take any responsibility for the candidate or their termination/ cancellation, also the repatriation of candidate will not be TACS responsibility. Replacement fees will be charged if any replacement candidates is required in the above case.
